Shipping & Delivery

Do you deliver across the UAE?

Yes! We offer free delivery across the UAE. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days depending on your emirate.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently focus on UAE deliveries to ensure the fastest and most reliable service. If you are based outside the UAE and interested in our products, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a return or exchange.

What items are eligible for return?

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. The following are not eligible for return:

  • Digital downloads (once purchased and delivered)
  • Personalised or custom-printed items
  • Items marked as final sale

Custom & Personalised Orders

Can I get a custom design printed on a mug?

Absolutely! We offer custom mug printing — perfect for gifts, corporate orders, and special occasions. To place a custom order, please contact us with your design or idea, and we will provide a quote and turnaround time.

How long does a custom order take?

Custom orders typically take 5–10 business days depending on the complexity of the design and quantity. We will confirm the exact timeline when you place your request.


Digital Products

How do I receive my digital product after purchase?

After completing your order, you will receive an automatic email with a download link for your digital product. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.

Can I get a refund on a digital download?

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered. If you experience any technical issues accessing your file, please contact us and we will help right away.

Do you offer installment payments?
